Charlotte understands the challenge of recruiting the ideal candidate for highly skilled positions. Whilst experience and credentials are key, finding a person that will integrate into the brand's culture, structure and team can often be the missing piece of the jigsaw. Building relationships with both you and potential candidates is at the heart of Charlotte's recruitment process. She is adept at peeling away the layers of job specifications, developing connections at a human level and working consciously and carefully to find the perfect balance.
My aim is to ensure that employers feel supported every step of the way. From advising with job specifications and articulating a brand's culture, to shortlisting and offer acceptance; it is essential that employers feel confident and can expertly navigate the recruitment process. My goal is to make the recruitment experience an exciting and prosperous one and I strive to ensure that long-lasting partnerships, between employee and employer, are built.
